When working with the Collective — you will be known. It is important to remember why we are doing this — its not for popular trend, It is for helping a community move forward towards a new and redefined goal, one that is always in flow with new materials, people, faces and ideals.

  • Remember to keep your chin up – not everyone is going to be open to this project.
  • Defend your beliefs without being too hot under the collar. But no one is going to kick you out for having a disagreement or being curt to someone, especially if they deserve it.
  • Try to only defend what needs defending, if not just block someone and move on.
  • Bringing a report of abuse to other council members or myself — there had better be some ground shaking evidence of this person’s behavior. We will take all matters like this seriously however.
  • You are entitled to your own opinions regardless if they are in line with the Collective or not.
  • If you need help from the collective, ask! We can’t help if you don’t let us help you.
  • Please recognize we can not do everything, but we will do our best to help members should they need something or we will point you in the best direction to find it as possible.
  • I am aware that everyone has lives outside of the web, but if we are working on a project then let’s do our best to complete what we are working towards at the moment.
  • This is not a Cult or a Circle or a Church for New Movement. It is re-defining of what is already present, and moving forward for new growth. Many people no longer follow the wiccan rede, so let’s write a guideline that states what we do in magick and ritual and so on. It’s not law, its a guideline. The other is not law either, it is a guideline. It is an outdated guideline too. No one finds common ground with it anymore.
  • Everyone can write the new guideline and we can vote on which we like best and include all of them. Not just redes, creeds, ethtics, charges, how it feels to do magick and ritual and so on! This is a new generation of pagans and witches, and we need to show case this.
